Aikido

In 2005 my birthday present to Gaby was an introduction course in Aikido (with me joining in of course).

We both enjoyed the introduction classes and subsequently started training with Lewis Bernaldo de Quiros in Naarden, blissfully unaware what a privilege that was.

Alas we had to give this up when we moved to the UK. At the moment we are looking for a suitable dojo in the area.
